Use Of The Service
Santa's Little Helper helps users save contacts, relationships, notes, likes, avoids, occasions, gift history, reminder preferences, and Giftobot chats.
You are responsible for the information you enter, import, save, upload, or ask Giftobot to consider.
Giftobot And Research Results
Giftobot can brainstorm gift ideas and may perform read-only product research using current-looking retailer information when the feature is available to your account.
Giftobot may retrieve prices, availability, shipping details, retailer names, product links, and source links, but those details can change at any time. You must verify all purchase details directly with the retailer before buying.
Santa's Little Helper does not purchase products, add items to a cart, check out, contact retailers, or guarantee that any product, price, stock status, shipping estimate, or retailer page is accurate or still available.
Your Responsibilities
You must use Santa's Little Helper lawfully and only with information you have the right to provide. Do not upload, save, or submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.
If you import or save information about another person, you are responsible for using that information respectfully and in compliance with applicable law.
Contacts, Photos, And Addresses
You are responsible for reviewing selected contacts, saved profile details, contact photos, gift notes, product links, and address information before relying on them.
Address information may help product research use a broad delivery region. Giftobot research is not a shipping guarantee.
Subscriptions And Billing
Premium access is managed through Apple StoreKit and the App Store. Apple's payment, subscription, cancellation, refund, family-sharing, and account-management rules apply to purchases made through the iOS app.
Santa's Little Helper may limit Giftobot, research, or other premium features based on your current entitlement status.
Third-Party Services
The service may rely on Apple for sign-in and subscription flows, Cloudflare for backend infrastructure and storage, OpenRouter for AI responses, and Browser Use for read-only product research. These providers may operate under their own terms and policies.
The current production configuration keeps Google Calendar imports, Facebook imports, and remote push notification device-token registration disabled.
Service Changes
Santa's Little Helper may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as the app evolves, including Giftobot behavior, research availability, provider integrations, reminders, subscription features, and storage behavior.
Service Provided As-Is
Santa's Little Helper is provided as-is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that Giftobot will always produce useful or accurate output.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberOffice Industries and Santa's Little Helper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate saved information, outdated research results, provider outages, retailer changes, subscription issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
